I was just looking at my last post which was my lust list for Ulta's 21 days of beauty and I realized I ended up purchasing about half of the items on that list! Whoops! :) There have just been so many great products out lately that it's been hard to resist. Here is a list of my March Beauty Favorites!
NYX Avante Pop is a versatile palette that has a good mix of shimmery and matte shades. I've been keeping this on the bathroom counter and have used it several times each week. I'm loving that you can get such a great palette at a drugstore price!
it Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores was from a set I ordered from a QVC Today's Special Value. I knew I shouldn't have clicked over when I saw it Cosmetcis was on QVC, but I ended up being glad that I did. In this set came a Bye Bye Pores powder, blush, powder brush, concealer and makeup remover. I've really fallen in love with everything but the concealer so far. But hopefully I like it more as I get more use out of it.
Too Faced Peanut Butter and Jelly Palette is everything! I was so excited for this palette to come out that I just had to snatch it up. I love these palettes that come in the tins and I feel they are a good value for what you get. It's so much easier to buy something in the $30 range and justify it than in the $50+ range. I'm absolutely loving this palette and the different looks I can get with it. My life truly felt complete once I had this in my hands!
tarte Double Duty Eye & Cheek Palette just had me at first sight. This retails for only $28 and comes in sturdy perfect travel packaging. I love all the colors in this and I've been getting lots of use out of it. Also, the packing is super cute so of course I had to get it! :)
bite beauty Amuse Bouche lipstick in Sweet Cream is a muted peach shade that I know I will get a lot of use out of. I was a huge fan of bite's last lipstick formula so I was a little disappointed to see it replaced. This formula doesn't seem as creamy but is suppose to be longer lasting.
NYX Cosmetics Ombre Blush in Mavue Me is a gorgeous color. I wish the ombre effect was a little more gradual however. It basically appears as if there are two shades in this and not a gradual effect. I did have a little trouble blending this out but given that I've fallen in love with the shade, I'm definitely going to give it some more tries!
