Whats in store for InTruBeauty?

You've probably noticed a wider range in topics that I've posted about lately and I just wanted to fill you in on what to expect to come! I'll still be bringing you my favorite in beauty, so don't worry! It may seem a little hodgepodge at first until the dust settles. Thanks for joining me on my journey!

Although I'll always love reviewing beauty products and I've focused a lot on natural, organic, vegan and/or chemical free beauty products, its time to focus on my overall health. I grew up in a really healthy household where skim milk, whole grains and vegetables with every meal were common. My family has also had a great interest in natural and alternative remedies and for my mother working in health care for her entire career, we sure have a distrust in some traditional modern medicine practices such as over prescribing medications. I learned a lot from my dear Aunt Sue who would make her own noodles from scratch, introduce us to green powder called Barley Green and show us how to wash clothes without laundry detergent. Her memory and spirit drive me along in my quest for overall health and wellness.

What this means for you?
I'm expanding the brands and blogs that I work with and will be able to provide you not with just information on natural/organic beauty products and my other beauty and fashion picks, but also my favorite tips, tricks and foods for your health! I'm working on getting some great giveaways lined up for you guys too! If you have headaches, fatigue, pain, and/or allergies, you're going to want to stay tuned for sure!

What this means for me?
I love having the accountability of blogging about health, fitness and weight loss and sharing my tips and tricks with my readers. This shift in focus for me is simple, it means I get happier and healthier and I get to share that with others! I will primarily be working on weight loss and physical fitness (I want to be an athlete again), as well as natural remedies for sinus/allergies, migraines and chronic pain.

Whats in store for this Fitness Friday?
I've got all my best recipes for healthy snacks and my favorite healthy packaged snacks. With clean eating you should be eating 5-6 small meals per day. For a serial snacker, its a perfect fit for me and snacking right can be a key component to your success.
