My thoughts:
I'm loving these eyeshadows!! They are super easy to use and are just so classic and wearable. I am 100% confident (well maybe 99%) that the neutral creamy color called St. Tropez will be flattering on anyone. This is a perfect base color or a perfect stand alone color. It is the epitome of class and simplicity and has just the right amount of sheen to it. Mojave is the perfect bright rich gold and Flint is the absolute ideal flint blue-ish grey color. These were all creamy and just super easy to apply.

I also must point out that the price per shadow is $16 and that includes .12oz/3.5g of product. That's a serious amount of product for that price. To compare, I looked at the product size of my other higher end single shadows and here was what I found:
  • Lancome Color Design
    • .042oz/1.2g, $19
  • Laura Geller Baked Shadow
    • .06oz/1.8g, $24
  • Urban Decay
    • .05oz/1.5g, $18
  • Estee Lauder Pure Color
    • .03oz, $24
  • Too Faced
    • .06oz/1.7g, $18
For the quality, the price, and the amount of product you get for one shadow, this is just unbeatable compared to other higher end brands. This is also making me question why I ever spent some of the money I did on some of the shadows above. Check out my other CARGO reviews here for my thoughts on the blushes, bronzers, color sticks and lip glosses. This has become a brand I've only had the great fortune to get to test out recently, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. I'm so in love with these shadows. I think the expert, newbie, and everyone in-between will also fall in love not only with the shadows but everything!

What do you think of my CARGO look of the day? Have you tried this brand before?

Yours In Trubeauty,
