Borrowed Closet {Review}

Borrowed Closet {Review}
Ever had a friend with a killer closet, jewelry  and purses that you could borrow? This new site called Borrowed Closet is just that, an entire closet of goodies at your disposal. for $29.95 per month you get 50 credits worth of clothing, jewelry, and purses to borrow for that month. The price includes shipping to you and 1 return shipping per month. You can ship back items more frequently  but you will have to pay for the return shipping. The site is really user friendly as well.

Here is what I got:
The points system is really easy to use and offers you a lot of great mix matches of options.
For $29.95/month I got 5 items.

This pearl (artificial) ribbon necklace was my favorite of the bunch. I got the most use out of this item because it went with so many of my work outfits and really added a nice bright touch.

Who I think will get the most benefit from this service: Younger women who live in warmer clients and like to socialize and go out frequently  Anyone who is trying to get into a social group or professional group, job searching, etc since you can walk in with high price items that you couldn't afford normally. Anyone looking to treat themselves to a new look but who can't drop hundreds of dollars on new stuff each month (who can?). One of the items I was most excited about was the BCBG zebra purse. It was adorable, but I ended up not using it during the month I had it because I rarely go out. :(

Who I think this probably won't work for: colder climates (the clothing right now is still summery and its is below 30 degrees and snowing today), people who wear XL or over (a lot of the clothing doesn't go above medium or large), those that don't change their purses/jewelry frequently or who don't really go out on the town that often.

This is a new service and I see weekly their online selection improve. The biggest downfall for me is the limited sizes available for the clothing and the limited selection if you don't live in a very warm climate right now  I hope to see this site continue to grow and improve and was excited to get to be one of the first to try this out!
