Snowberry Beauty Night and Day Creams

We were recently send some wonderful moisturizing face cream from Snowberry Beauty.  We love their products and the packaging is ultra cute to boot.  I tried two of their products:  Bright Defence Day Cream No. 2 and Cellular Regeneration Night Cream. Jessica Tried the Bright Defense Day Cream No. 2 and the Cellular Regeneration Night Cream.

If you click "explore" on the website's home page, you will be directed to the many creams, serums, and other products they have that cater to any skin care needs you may have.  Here's what the company has to say about the products we tried:

1.7 fl. oz for $63
Designed for combination skin, the Bright Defence Day Cream No.2 is a powerful blend of anti-oxidants, herbal emollients and skin brightening agents that promote smoother, fairer and more even-toned skin at any age. 18+

This Day Cream too, contains many nourishing herbal emollients, including Rosehip, Grapeseed, Passion Flower and macadamia, as well as the very special New Zealand Harakeke Oil, cultivated in the Snowberry gardens. Formulated for combination skin, Day Cream No. 2 also contains the essential glycosaminoglycan, hyaluronic acid to boost deep hydration and water retention. Safe and gentle skin brightening agents include ODA White™, Chromabright™ and Seppicalm™.

Apply the Cream in the morning after cleansing and serums over face and neck area, and as required throughout the day.

I would absolutely consider this to be a very emollient cream.  I did feel like with my regular use my combination skin felt very even toned and that it brightened my skin tone.  I love that it contains lots of wonderful natural ingredients and antixodants.  One of my all time favorite ingredients is in here too- hyaluronic acid- which is one of the very best ways to get a ton of moisture and hydration to your skin.  I also loved the scent of this which was hard to place but vaguely reminds me of vanilla and berries.

Bright Defence Day Cream No. 3
1.7 fl. oz
Designed for dry skin the Bright Defence Day Cream No. 3 is a powerful blend of anti-oxidants, extra rich herbal emollients and skin brightening agents that promote smoother, fairer and more even-toned skin at any age. 18+

Especially for dry skin, the Day Cream No. 3 contains the nourishing herbal emollients Rosehip, Grapeseed, Passion Flower and macadamia, as well as the very special New Zealand Harakeke Oil, cultivated in the Snowberry gardens. Like Day Creams 1 & 2, No. 3 also contains the essential glycosaminoglycan, hyaluronic acid to boost deep hydration and water retention. Skin brightening agents include ODA White™, Chromabright™ and Seppicalm™.

Jessica's thoughts: My skin is normal but tends to be a little bit more on the dry side. With some other face lotions I feel like I need to reapply or put layer upon layer to get rid of the dry tight feeling to my skin, especially in winter. This is definitely not the case with this cream. I only had to apply 1-2 pumps which is more than enough to cover my entire face and leave it feeling super soft, smooth, and hydrated. If you tend to have dry skin like me, you know how great it is to find a cream that really hydrates like this one does. I found the texture to be appealing and this felt great being applied. I noticed a light non-irritating scent and I had no breakouts from this product.

1.7 fl. oz for $104

Justina's thoughts: I would agree that this Night Cream perfectly complements the Day Cream.  I have been regularly using both for 3 weeks and have noticed a nearly perfect complexion that does not require foundation or powder.  My skin tone is even, brightened, and hydrated.  I enjoyed the ingredients and the fact that it's dermatologist tested, non irritating, and anti-free radical activity were just a few more perks I enjoyed!  Using this as part of my skin regimen made me feel like I was doing everything in my power to protect and nourish my skin.  The scent and texture was exactly the same as the Day Cream from what I could tell.

Jessica's thoughts: I really enjoyed this product and also felt it was a nice compliment to the Day Cream. The same is true with this product that you do not need a lot for your face to feel moisturized, which is great for dry skin like mine. I noticed my skin remained clear and looking great. I agree the scent and texture was the same as the Day Cream. This feels great being applied and I had no irritations either. And as a lot of us are suckers for cute packaging, I'm absolutely in love with Snowberry's cute birds and beautiful colored designs.

Although Snowberry's website offers plenty of information on their product, they do not sell via their website.  They list New York City as a place to buy, or online.  Your online buying options are through 3 different websites- Derm Store, The Look Store, and Beauty Bar.  If I had to purchase I would go through Derm Store, because they tend to have the most deals, like $15 off a $30 purchase from time to time, etc.  You can see what Snowberry products they have to offer here. (see the comment section below for some more purchasing options from Snowberry)

So, are these skin care products worth their high price tags?  It depends on what your budget is.  I have a hard time shelling out a lot of money for products, but if they offer your skin everything it needs, maybe you're willing to pay the price.  Think down the line to when you're in your 50s and 60s- you may thank yourself for spending your hard earned cash on high quality skin care NOW rather than trying to repair the damage later.  As always, make sure to educate yourself with reviews and find out the return policy when shopping for products, no matter the price!

Yours in Beauty,

Justina and Jessica
