Our third Rimmel London challenge was to use the colors in Glam'Eyes HD Eyeshadow palettes as inspiration to take a dull and ordinary piece of clothing from our wardrobe and make it scandalously HD. I'm more of a risk taker with my makeup than my clothing choices, so I chose to do a bright eye and lip look for a pop of color.
To jazz up my outfit, I accessorized my black and khaki striped skirt with an old scarf I've had for years and never worn. They have the same color scheme, but wearing them at the same time would be mixing stripes and florals- something I've never done before! The color palette from my outfit was inspired by the Heart of Gold palette.
Before:
Black tank top and black/khaki skirt
After:
Same outfit with floral head scarf
Here's a close up on my makeup and head wrap:
I chose the earrings I wore drawing inspiration from the True Union Jack palette
What I used for my Rimmel London Look:
Glam'Eyes HD Palettes in:
True Union Jack & Heart of Gold
Glam'Eyes Professional Liquid Liner
Lasting Finish by Kate lipstick #12 blotted with
Stay Glossy lipgloss in Non-Stop Glamour over top
Rimmel Bronzer in Sun Dance & Sun Light
ScandalEyes Mascara
I know among the Rimmel 10 girls, one of them is a stylist for her real life day job so I can't WAIT to see what her outfit looks like! I'm sure everyone will do a fantastic job. Thanks for sharing in my 3rd Rimmel London adventure with me!!

Very cute! Is there somewhere on Rimmel's page where you can see what all 10 girls came up with?
